My stay at Graduate By Hilton Knoxville was a mix of charming decor and frustrating service. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with its unique themes and cleanliness, but I experienced some significant service issues that detracted from my overall enjoyment. While the location was excellent for exploring the university area, the responsiveness of the staff left much to be desired.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and visually appealing with charming decor, but it faced issues with a missing coffee maker that I had requested. Overall, the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the front desk service was inattentive and unresponsive to my needs. After requesting a coffee maker and searching for service without any assistance, it was disappointing to see such potential wasted.
Location

The hotel's location near the university was a major advantage, making it easy to explore the campus and surrounding eateries. I appreciated being close to local attractions and dining options.
Dining

Dining options were convenient, but the breakfast was inconsistent. I found that the quality didn’t quite reflect the cost, making it hard to justify the $12 charge for it.

The hotel featured a vibrant lobby atmosphere, but I encountered some issues with the cafe not being open as scheduled. It was disappointing to miss out on that experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Graduate By Hilton Knoxville, enjoying the charming decor and convenient location near the university. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. However, the valet parking situation could be improved, and I faced some issues with the room temperature during my stay.

Rooms

My room was clean and visually appealing, though it did feel a bit cramped with one bed close to the wall. I appreciated the charming decor, but I struggled with the temperature control, as the room was too hot and the water didn't get quite hot enough for a proper shower.
Service
8.0
The staff was great overall, with special mention to Taylor, who provided excellent service at the coffee shop and bar. However, I did encounter a bit of confusion at check-in with the card machine, which caused a small delay.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is ideal if you're interested in the university area, making it easy to access events and local attractions. It’s a short walk to several dining options, though it is a bit further from downtown if that's your destination.
Dining

I enjoyed the on-site dining experience, especially the quality of food at the coffee shop and bar. There was a nice selection, but I did run into a mix-up regarding breakfast services that impacted my plans.
Facilities

The valet service was prompt and friendly, and I appreciated having laundry options available. Still, the valet only parking arrangement could be more convenient, especially during busy times.

However, I was disappointed with the condition of my room, as the decor felt dated and not well-maintained. The valet staff were really good, which added a nice touch to my visit, but the internet connectivity really let me down during my stay.
